Daily Conference Fee

Cost per individual/day varies based on lodging selection

Cost per night starts at $90 for dorms and increases for hotel-style lodging. 

Fee includes lodging, conference room(s), AV equipment, meals (starting with dinner on arrival day and ending with breakfast on departure day), snacks, coffee/water, use of kayaks/paddle-boards, and one sunset cruise.  

Meals

Meals are included for all paying conference participants

Meals for non-conference participants or added a-la-carte:
$6.00 Breakfast
$8.00 Lunch
$12.00-$14.00 Dinner
$4.00 Conference Snacks

(additional fees may apply depending on menu selection)

Activities

Additional Boat Excursions
Starting at $45 per individual/trip

Types of Boat Excursions: Snorkel trip including all gear (swim review is required), Big Munson Island Tour, Sunset Cruise, Indian Key Historical Tour. (minimum number required, contact for details)

NOTE: Fishing, sailing, and other boating excursions are subject to captain/vessel availability and weather conditions.
